Picture Phone -- Today's piece is more of an audio document than a composition, but sound is sound right? This weekend my in-laws are visiting from out of town. Tonight we introduced them to Skype so we could video-chat with family across the country. It was their first experience with this technology and they were amazed to interact with their 5-month old granddaughter from so far away.
I decided to covertly record some audio of this seminal event, and have edited this one-minute audio documentary. The voices you will hear are my father-in-law, Charlie, my mother-in-law, Judy, my sister-in-law, Jainie, and my niece, Eiley (also here).
